To safely upgrade to Mac OS X 10.7 Lion with ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 Business Edition for Mac OS X, please follow the steps below for your network environment. Remote installation: Follow these instructions if you manage multiple client workstations in your network using Remote software (such as ESET Remote Administrator and Apple Remote Desktop). To run an On-demand computer scan in ESET NOD32 Antivirus for Mac, follow the steps below: Open the main program window by clicking the ESET icon on the menu bar and selecting Open ESET NOD32. ESET NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition for Mac OS X. ESET NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition for Linux Desktop. ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server. ESET File Security for Microsoft Windows Server. ESET Gateway Security for Linux/BSD/Solaris. If you have already upgraded to OS X Yosemite (10.10) with ESET installed and are experiencing issues with the ESET GUI or operating system performance, follow the recommendations below:

• iCloud Drive – endless download loop caused by Real-time protection in ESET Cyber Security and ESET Cyber Security Pro
  To use the Real-time protection on OS X Yosemite with the iCloud Drive feature enabled, exclude the following folders from scanning for every system user:
  ESET also recommends to create Scheduled task(s) for a Computer scan.
• ESET Cyber Security and ESET Cyber Security Pro fails if the Pre-release updates were enabled prior to upgrading to the new version
  To upgrade to the latest version, reinstall the product.
